How to Order
I use Pay Pal to securely process your payment. You do not need an account to purchase, simply click the Add to Basket button beside the product you wish to purchase and follow the payment process on Pay Pal.
Alternatively, you can email me to place your order instead, please use the contact page to do so, link is located at the bottom of this page.
I always take great care to package orders so you can be sure your items will arrive in good condition.
I am conscious of the environment and try to reuse padded envelopes where possible, this does not effect the delivery of your item.
Orders are always packaged beautifully with plenty of padding where needed and include a hand written note.
Your order will be packed and shipped within 1-2 days, unless otherwise stated on the listing.
I ship UK orders via Royal Mail 1st class and Worldwide orders via Air Mail or Courier. UK orders should arrive within 1 week and Worldwide orders within 2 weeks.
Please check your countries customs policy before ordering large or high value artwork. I cannot take responsibility for customs charges should your order be charged in your country.
If you choose to cancel your order, provided it is not a special custom order you may cancel within 14 days of purchase by emailing me.
Products must be sent back in their original packaging, in the condition they were sold in.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs and any other customs fees incurred.
Once I have been notified of the decision to cancel, you will be reimbursed your order total minus postage costs, within 14 days of my receiving the goods back.
Payment will be refunded using the same method you paid with.
If the product/s arrive damaged, you must notify me within 14 days and arrange to return the product within 14 days of receiving it. In this circumstance, your total order, plus postage costs will be reimbursed, via the same method you purchased with.
Unfortunately I cannot except cancellations on commissions due to the nature of the product.

When you place an order, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order.
If you send me a message using the contact button on Etsy, I will receive your user name and email address. The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law.
I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below nor add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
The circumstances in which I may share your data are :- With Etsy to comply with my obligations and with delivery companies to fulfill your order.
To comply with legal or tax obligations I will retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for 6 years.
After this time I will delete your data from my records. You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted.
You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data. If you have any concerns about your personal data, please contact support at Etsy.
